On the Order page, you’ll notice we have a $5 coupon that can be used on any order by entering the code: Andro5off.


Normally when someone calls in to place an order, we don’t automatically apply the coupon unless they ask for it.


However, at your discretion, we encourage you to offer the prospective customer $5 off if he seems to be hesitant to order because of the price.


Here are some examples of when it’s appropriate to offer $5 off:


1. After you’ve explained the 3 offers (autoship, 3 Bottle Special and single bottle price), the customer asks if you have any better deal, specials or discounts.


2. After you’ve told the customer the prices, the customer says he’ll think about it and call back. In this situation, you can say something like:

“If you want to go ahead and place your order with me today, I can offer you $5 off any of our offers including autoship. This will make your Andro400 Max autoship only $29.95, instead of $34.95 -- and not just for the first bottle, but for as long as you continue your autoship.”


3. The customer says he’ll go online to order (which he may never actually get around to): Say: “I can go ahead and take your order right now if you like and offer you $5 off any of our offers.”


4. The customer is trying to make up his mind whether to order or not.


5. The customer ordered before and got $5 off and expects to get the same deal again.
