Other than not seeing results, there are 2 main reasons a customer wants to cancel his autoship:
1. Oversupply (extra bottles on hand)
If the customer says he has an oversupply:
Ask him how many extra bottles he has and then tell him you can postpone his next autoship for 2 or 3 months, or whatever length of time until he will use up what he has now. For example: if he says he has 2 extra bottles, then suggest you postpone his next shipment until 2 months from his next shipment date. (So if his next shipment is due to go out on June 15, tell him you can postpone his next shipment until Aug. 15). Also, mention that he can call anytime to change his shipment date.
2. Economic circumstances -- such as a job loss, cut back in working hours, can't afford it anymore, Obamacare raising his insurance rates (yes, we’ve heard this a lot!), etc.
If the customer says he canceling for financial reasons:
Tell him we have a special price for people in his circumstances, which is only $19.95 per bottle for Andro400 or $24.95 for Andro400 Max. (If he needs 2 bottles a month, he can get both bottles at that price as well).
